"There isn't anywhere we won't go for your freedom!"

It's 2 am, the phone rings... your loved one has been arrested. Their bond is $5,000 and you don’t know what to do. A call to Moore Bail Bonds, which in 2009 will be conveniently located across from the new Danbury Police station, guarantees you a solution. Their licensed staff of agents, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, offers service to all of Fairfield County and will ensure your family or friend is released from custody in a timely fashion.

For 9 years, the consistent, helpful, professional service Moore Bail Bonds offers has distinguished it from other bail bondsmen. With over a half dozen agents located throughout Connecticut (Norwalk, Stamford, and Danbury) “There isn’t anywhere we won’t go for your freedom," say owners Michael Baptiste and Dameisha Moore. “Our role isn’t to judge, we presume our clients are innocent until a judge decides otherwise. Our job is to make sure clients have the chance to make bond and fight the allegations against them. That is their constitutional right.” If you ever need Moore Bail Bonds, freedom is just a phone call away.

Our Process

You have just learned a friend or loved one is being held. The following steps will help him or her get bailed out.

A) Get as much information as possible.

  1. Be sure about which jail he or she is in.
  2. Is it a county, city or federal facility?
  3. What is the charge the defendant is being held on?
  4. The full legal name of the defendant.
  5. The date of birth of the defendant.

Try to find out how much the bail amount is. If you're unable to, we at Moore Bail Bonds will aid you with as much information as we can. Bail Bond Agencies are normally required by law to collect 10% of the bail set as a premium, but we can be as low as 7% depending on the bail amount. Cash or credit cars are just some of the ways we help our clients assemble the funds needed.

The Bail Bond Agency guarantees the full amount of the bail to the court as a guarantee that the person will appear.

B) Call Moore Bail Bonds at (203) 778-9145 or (888)-4-BAIL-CT (422-4528).

The Bail Bond Agent that answers the phone will ask you some basic questions regarding the person that is in custody. There will also be questions for the person that plans on signing and taking responsibility for the defendant.

C) Stay home or by a cell phone. Stay calm and be ready for a return call by our agent.

There is usually no need to go to the jail without the licensed bail agent. The bail agent is the only one who can assist at this time so remain calm and wait for the agent to notify you on when to arrive at the jail to pick up your loved one.
